The following benefits will apply to this event: (a) one (1) complimentary continental breakfast will be provided in a banquet or meeting room venue for each actually occupied room, per night. Single or double occupancy may apply depending on selected hotel. Convey occupancy at time of booking. In addition, a 10% discount will be given on all food and beverage banquet menu prices, including alcoholic beverages; (b) one (1) complimentary room per thirty (30) rooms occupied to be used over event dates; (c) complimentary Internet access in guest rooms and general session room; (d) allowable attrition of 25%; and (e) a credit of 10% of the room revenue from actually occupied rooms from this event may be applied to an additional group event booking at any Four Seasons property worldwide to operate by December 31, 2010.
